Decima is operated by Campbell Collett. This notice explains how information is handled when you visit this website or subscribe to club updates.

Information and its use

When you join, we collect your first name and email address to send Decima marketing emails about runs, events and club news. If you separately opt in to SMS when it becomes available, we collect your mobile number to send recurring marketing texts. We keep subscription status and the disclosure version associated with your choice. Supplying a phone number alone does not authorize texts.

Cloudflare serves this website and may process technical request information, including IP addresses and browser details, to deliver the page and protect it from abuse. This page does not install advertising pixels or use analytics cookies. Klaviyo processes signup requests and manages contact details, message delivery and unsubscribe preferences. Email and messaging services may record delivery and interaction information.

Service providers and sharing

We use Cloudflare for hosting and email forwarding, and Klaviyo for marketing subscriptions and messages. These services process information as needed to provide their services. SMS delivery may involve telecommunications carriers. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in records are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Necessary processing by messaging service providers is permitted.

We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect the security of the service. Providers may process information in the United States and other locations where they operate.

Your choices and retention

Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email to stop email updates. For SMS, reply STOP to a message to stop texts, or HELP for assistance. Email and SMS preferences are separate. You can also contact hello@decima.run to request access, correction or deletion of your information.

Contact details are retained while needed to provide the updates you requested. After you unsubscribe, limited consent and suppression records may be retained to honor your choice and meet applicable obligations. Information is otherwise removed when no longer needed for these purposes.

Children and browser signals

The signup program is intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children. This website does not use information for cross-site advertising and does not change its behavior in response to a browser Do Not Track signal.
